§1. Definitions
- Provider — Neured Sławomir Walczak, ul. Generała Andersa 33/168, 00-159 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5252388897.
- Site — the website published at bajkos.com.
- Waitlist — the list of email addresses of people who have asked to be notified when Bajkos launches.
- User — any person who uses the Site.
§2. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the Site. By using the Site, you accept them.
The Site is currently an informational page about a product that has not launched. It describes planned features, publishes guides for parents and allows you to join the Waitlist.
To use the Site you need a device with internet access and a current web browser. To join the Waitlist you also need a working email address.
§3. What the service is
Everything on the Site is free of charge. There is no purchase, no payment, no subscription and no user account.
Joining the Waitlist does not create a contract to supply any product, does not reserve a place, and does not entitle you to any particular price or feature.
Descriptions of planned features on the Site state our intentions, not commitments. Bajkos may change substantially, be delayed, or not launch at all.
§4. Conditions of use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, and in particular not to:
- submit an email address you do not control, or submit false data;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
- use automated means to submit the form.
We may remove an entry from the Waitlist if we reasonably believe it breaches these rules.
§5. Joining and leaving the Waitlist
You join the Waitlist by submitting your email address in the form and passing the anti-spam check.
You may leave at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by writing to [email protected]. We will remove your address without undue delay.
We use your address only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
§6. Intellectual property
The Site, its texts, graphics and layout, and the Bajkos name, are protected by law and belong to the Provider or are used with permission.
You may read and share the guides published on the Site with attribution. Any other commercial use requires our written consent.
§7. Liability
The Site is made available as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the guides are general information rather than professional, medical or psychological advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it may not be excluded or limited by law, and nothing limits the statutory rights of consumers.
§8. Complaints
You may complain about the Site at any time by writing to [email protected]. Please describe the problem and give us an email address for our reply.
We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
A consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information about them is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
§9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
§10. Final provisions
We may amend these terms, for example when the Site changes or the law changes. The current version is always published here together with the date of its last update.
If you are on the Waitlist we will tell you about significant changes by email before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you may leave the Waitlist.
These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
